Had a stroll down to this newly opened venue, got potential.
Stocked with roach and perch for now (roach around the 6 to 8 oz mark with some bigger ones mixed in)
Bit of a haul to the water from the carpark (and even harder back up the slope).

The fishing depth is around 10 ft at the 10 metre mark, fish were being caught on maggot and caster near or on the bottom, I don't think the roach have seen many maggots as the bites were coming thick and fast, difficult to hit I might add.
