Description |
This venue houses two ponds in a lovely, secluded & peaceful woodland setting, natural rather than commercial. Top pond nearest to car park is ok for disabled fishing. With a depth of around 5ft the pond holds a good stamp of fish. The pond contains Carp, Rudd, Roach, Barbel, Crucians etc. Walk down a small path to the larger pond which houses the same species as the top pond but with a larger stamp of fish. This pond goes to 20ft deep with an average depth of around 10ft. It is a good all year round venue and fishes very well through winter. The fish are in beautiful condition and ARE FIGHTING FIT. Junior and adult matches run regularly and club matches are welcome. |
