As the name suggests, this small water of about 1 acres is situated in a holiday park catering for caravans and also those wishing to stay in the bungalows that overlook the water. There is another small water that is set aside as a stock pond for breeding carp for the site.

There are good facilities on site, including a shop, refreshments and toilets. The water is cut out of a small hill and as such the majority of the pegs are not suitable for disabled anglers.

There are 2 distinct type of angler who visit this water, they are the general coarse anglers, and in the colder months the pike anglers who target a very good head of fish that run to over 20 lb. Early season is best for the pike as it does get a bit of stick towards the back end. Sea dead baits or big lures tend to account for the majority of the bigger fish.

During the warmer weather the water can produce some very good bags of fish, including some very hard fighting tench that hug the marginal reeds, many averaging over the 4lb mark. Sweetcorn, bread and a big worm fished tight against the reeds tends to take the better fish, but don't fish too light for them, as you can guess where they head to as soon as you get one on. Other fish include some decent carp into double figures, which are not caught that often. Some decent bream up to 5lb, not bad considering the size of the water, roach, rudd, perch and a few chub.
